Description
Anthology films typically feature a range of stories, which is also the case with Kinds of Kindness. A loosely connected trilogy of stories is directed by Yorgos Lanthimos. The Death of R.M.F., the opening tale, is the most logical. Jesse Plemons delivers yet another brilliant portrayal as Robert, a docile person whose life is dictated by his cunning supervisor Raymond. Robert is prepared to go to tremendous lengths for Raymond, but he will not endanger the life of another individual. Plemons plays Daniel again in R.M.F. is Flying, a film about a man whose wife Liz goes missing at sea. Liz is not the same person Daniel recalls when she is recovered. Finally, R.M.F.
