The official handover ceremony will take place in Addis Ababa in the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia`s capital and in the presence of President Dr. Anton Caragea and President of Ethiopia Academician Sahle-Work Zewde and the Head of Government of Addis Ababa Academician Takele Uma Benti.
